Looks genuine, but does not provide a snug fit from Dell.

The product seems genuine, but when installed on the tablet PC, it is loose and you have to pick, between using the buttons or leaving the vents clear, but you can't do both. It is thicker than it should be so the tablet is loose inside the case.
