Overall a positive experience. There was a slight problem with the book when it arrived. There was some damage not mentioned in listing description. This damage may have been caused in transit. I contacted seller's customer services who were excellent, replied quickly and resolved the matter by giving a 50% refund on the item, rather than asking me to return it. I am happy with this outcome. Customer services went out of their way to provide a satisfactory resolution. I'd buy from seller again.
