could not make it work
3 of 6 found this helpful as a refurbished item, we did not expect any issues but finally we ended up talking to Linksys support, extended warranty and will be returning the item to the manufacturer soon. The router behaved like a switch - it allowed the wired computer to acquire the IP from the modem. (Yes the modem was connected to the right jack in the router.). Since the router could not acquire the IP from the modem, wireless networks worked but after authentication, laptops could not get to the Internet. Wasted couple hours, ended up connecting back six-year-old WRT Linksys router which worked without any issues. So much for upgrading technology to newer. Support outsourced to India was not much help. Language barrier substantial.

M557 Logitech - poor design.
