It works well. It has a feedback LED light on all the time. Which is unlike any other simple remote type. Not a fan of the light. I guess they want you to realize it’s working. It should have an infared conformation when the unit receives remote control signals. It comes with double sided tape for the emmitor and it should technically be a clear transparent double sided tape. So the back of the emmitor can be mounted on the face of the receiving infared window of the equipment.

Great item to have. I add some tweaks to increase the holding power. The rubber band they offer will deteriorate over time. And you’ll lose whatever you’re mounting and it will fall to the floor.
