Great recipes but missing far to much information.
Cracked this book open for the first time to only feel like I was mislead. Although there were nice recipes and plenty I would have loved to make there just seemed to be too much information missing or just not updated enough for the modern canner just learning to can. I have a few years under my belt. This book does not include anything on the boiling water bath method, and gives no processing times. I follow up to date information in my kitchen and this book just does not have it. Will be e-mailing a few bloggers out there to see if they can help with suggestions and doing my own research so I may be able to make some of these recipes, but if you have never canned I would stay away from this one till you know what you are doing.
