  Paid on Thursday but not sent until Monday. Sent via Evri, absolutely useless, took 3 attempts to deliver as calling after 5pm to a business! On 3rd attempt, left outside wrong address. Advertised with Parcelforce 48 hr delivery which is why I chose this item as we needed the part asap due to my wife's car being off the road & she is a key worker. Maybe if you stick to the courier you actually advertise it wouldn't take a week to arrive. Couldn't cancel as non-returnable.
