  I had an extremely disappointing experience with autosellers. I went through negotiations, and even settled on a price. I called less than 8 hours later to finalize everything and unable to reach him, no text, email or nothing. E-bay protects sellers and buyers alike, however autosellers should not ask for any deposit until they deliver the product. Auto sellers seem to think that they are doing the customer a favor when you buy from them. If anything goes wrong its the customers fault.

  I have a dedicated business phone line for my employees to take calls, and I also use a specific eBay messaging system for buyers to contact me. Recently, a buyer called and made some inaccurate comments. Nevertheless, the van is still on hold for the buyer to make the payment and complete the purchase.
