  cover does nit seem large enough and i ave no instructions jow to install and seems like a heavy wind would blow cover off the car.

  The cord (rope) that appears at the rear of the cover must match the rear of the vehicle. Through it, you can fasten the cover for maximum adhesion to the car. In addition, use the adjustable belt to stretch the cover under the car. These are all possible functions for attaching the cover to the vehicle, which are completely sufficient.
