  Unfortunatedly the part was damaged during shipping. USPS are horrible and clearly did not handle the shipment well or prompt. Fortunately for me, this vendor was very responsive and provided a quick refund. They also offered to send another part which I declined due to travel plans. Bottom line is that I will order from them again and would gladly recommend them. The item received was indeed new so the rating reflects it. If I could rate USPS they would get a zero!
