Good value
1 of 1 found this helpful Ordered this to replace the gold toilet paper holder to match the other bronze items in my bathroom. Upon opening the package, I can feel a solid weight from the brackets that usual means good quality. The spring holder is on the light side though, even a bit flimsy. But overall, good value. The only drawback to me is the color. It is pretty much black with a bit of bronze along the edges. I was hoping for more bronze than black.

Great value
No longer makes sense to buy batteries at local stores. I can buy 3 or 4 here for the price of one at our local store. Works just as good.

Easy to pair up with iPad
The middle schools in my area now issue iPads to all kids for homework, projects, and classwork. The keyboard within the iOS is fine for occasional typing, but it really slows my kid down for assignments where constant switching of applications are necessary. Bringing up the iOS keyboard each time is just an additional step my kid has to do. Having a dedicated keyboard takes out at least that one extra step and it helps with typing accuracy.
Connecting this keyboard to the iPad is as simple as plugging the connector to the iPad and they instantly recognize each other. No configuration is needed. As I shopped for a keyboard, I've seen keyboards with built-in stands. But in my case the school already issued an iPad protective cover that doubles as a stand so I did not need to worry about the stand.
I chose this model because it is the exact model the school's library provides to the students. I didn't want to risk incompatibility. I've looked into bluetooth keyboards, but unfortunately the school locked up the bluetooth feature in all the student iPads.
The only minor con is that this keyboard is a bit on the loud side when typing on it. If it could be as quiet as my standard Apple chiclet keyboard, that'd be wonderful.
Bought this used on eBay for a great price and shipping was fast. Item arrived looking new with the exception of a few minor scratches if you really look for them. Very happy with the purchase.
