    DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER! The seller shipped my plush late and only shipped it after I reached out to them asking about it. When I finally received my package, instead of a 30cm plush as stated in the item description, I received a small keychain. I reached out to the seller to try and get the item I paid for several times, but they ignored me. They have a terrible rating for a reason. Don’t waste your time and money with this scammer!

    Im giving a neutral feedback because I ended up getting a refund. After ordering, the seller sent me a message telling me there would be a delay in the shipment and they would be happy to refund my purchase if I wasnt happy with that. Which is all good. I asked multiple time what the delay would be, to eventually ask for the refund weeks later and didnt get a response. They didnt answer my cancel request. I eventually had to go through an ebay agent to communicate with them to get my refund.

    The model was exactly as described, the packaging and shipping were spot on , BUT FED EX is the worst delivery agent ! They are careless , and irresponsible. They delayed my shipment by their unreasonable routing, and worse , the 4 people that I had to speak to ,to find out where my package had no clue as to where it was , and why it wasnt delivered on the date FED EX said it would arrive . This is NOT the sellers fault
