Great for the price
Worked nicely for a backlight for our TV. One little catch that might bother some. The volume up and down for my Yamaha receiver change colors on the lights. One workaround is to move the IR sensor so you point its remote to a different spot. Still, I would buy again at this price.

Simple to install and works great!
I have tried before to setup a drip irrigator, but this kit makes it easy. The timer is simple, and works great for scheduled use, or manual with a timer.

Very good quality, but not compatible with the 701HDV.
One of the reasons I bought this is that the plate is supposedly compatible with the Manfrotto 701HDV. Unfortunately, it is not on my example. The included plate is oversized, and does not fit my Manfrotto head. Very close, and it will likely accept a Manfrotto 501 plate. I lost mine, and don't have one to test. If you are just looking for a good quick release, the overall quality is very nice, and a real bargain for the price.
