Not "Silicon"

Soft plastic, not soft silicon. Uncomfortable and in the rubbish bin.

Cheap plastic

The base was smaller than I thought. The plastic is thin and cheap feeling. Sunlight and heat might have it's way with this in the car. Rear plastic locking nut with plastic thread doesn't tighten right up, keeps spinning, feels like it might break, but it seems to hold my phone ok for now. The grip is good and useful for cameras etc. I got what I paid for, but in hindsight I should have bought a more solid one from a local store like jaycar for a few more dollars.

You only get what you pay for!

I put these on my USA (I'm an Aussie) Peavey Predator (SSS) Strat to replace the old tuners. They look good, but fine tuning these is a nightmare.
