  The seller was perfect, sent item quickly, responded to messages quickly, and resolved issues fast. So no complaints about them. The unit I was sent though didn't fit correctly due to manufacturing issues, close but needed watertight, I might be able to fix it but may also break it when trying, not sellers fault and they did their best to resolve the issue.

  The item is as described & was sent within a reasonable time. However, perhaps the seller should offer the buyer the option of the delivery person being able to leave parcels in a safe place because I was not home when item arrived & had to go to collect from post office which is quite a distance away. Most inconvenient.

  The Item supplied was as described and was dispatched and delivery was very prompt. The Aquastop was packed safely in a suitable box so it was still new and undamaged when it arrived. The part for the dishwasher works and is very good value money. It is identical to the one I removed from our Kogan Dishwasher.
