Inexpensive alternative for replacement remotes
High quality metal buttons - bought one over 3 years ago still works perfectly well so I purchased 2 more

Excellent value Arca-Swiss alternative
Excellent value - fits perfectly with ARCA-Swiss plates.
Adjustable tension on all axes, able to set up perfect amount of force to hold a camera in place while still allowing for movement in all directions.
The horizontal movement around the bottom plane is super smooth however there is some very slight sense of friction / very slight roughness in the motion of the ball mechanism - but it's very minor.
Dual sized mounting screws pretty much accommodate all tripod / leg mount options.
If there was a downside the construction is very solid which also means at 382 grams (13 1/2 ounces) it's slightly heavy for an ultra light combination with carbon fiber legs - otherwise a super solid option - very happy

Simple to install - good software - does what it's supposed to.
Simple to install. Software easy to download and runs an automatic detection and download for the specific TP link adapter. Our home wireless is too slow to test the full capability of the adapter in terms of speed but so far so good having said that it's the best adapter we have on our 7 devices tested so far from a speed and signal detection / connection perspective.
