Unfortuntly defect and not working

Product does not work as intended, stand charges the batteries, but quits charging a few minutes after it starts. Constantly have to readjust the controllers on the base, even though the contacts are straight and not damaged. Contacted NYKO support who said that based on the item number of the unit I received, the unit was most likely defect. Really unfortunate as this is one of the more good looking charging bases out there for the 360 :/ I see that others have been more lucky than me, but since NYKO support them selves admit that some of these have a tenancy to be or become defect, I can't recommend it. Rather safe than sorry.
