Loose, packed in tape. Not 100% they were OEM, but seemed quality and matched existing, except these were metallic, original on mine were black.

Got me out of a bind
These are ok with some finesse. The threaded hole for the zerk fitting has poor thread, and wants to cross thread. Got past that, and the hole is threaded either too deep, or right to the limit. I wish I had put pipe dope on it, considering it has to hold pressure in it's function, slow leak over time will mean loose tracks.
