Cool, cheap... not so classy
4 of 4 found this helpful I don't mean to be negative about this watch. It is a cool design, and well worth the price (if you get it at retail) but easily over-hyped. In the hand it feels exactly what it is intended to be: a cool and affordable (cheap) G-Shock. Some pictures (,the design associations and the price hikes) may create the impression of a much higher end G-Shock. If that is what you expect, you may (will) be dissapointed. It is decent but simple in execution. Unpretencious with the customary unspectacular plastic strap. Plastic dial details (indices etc), that look very basic in person. The color is more of a mustard yellow then the bright yellow some pics would suggest, but yes it does photograph well... so be realistic of expectations. No gripes! A decent, cool watch that I am happy to add to my collection. But if I had paid the premium some are demanding online... I would've been very dissapointed.
