  Original refurb'd unit arrived with a bent volume knob which crunched terribly against the surrounding casing when turned. Contacted AE support who promptly apologized and sent a prepaid label to return the defective unit. Once I did a new unit (one which was guaranteed to have been thoroughly inspected & tested) was shipped out. It arrived with a sticker across the top of the box indicating it was checked, and is performing flawlessly so far. Despite the setback overall a positive experience.
