I have ice again
Once I saw that the water fill tube had frozen up, I realized like last time it was probably the water inlet valve not closing completely, drillping a little after a fill and freezing the tube solid - that means time to change the valve to get ice going again. Easy to change, although at first I didn't recognize how the plastic tube end worked, but just press the plastic ring toward the valve to release the plastic tubing, then insert the plastic tube into the new valve and give a slight backwards tug to secure it.

Good price on the right oil
I was confused by the oil requirements for my BMW and was unaware that the manufacturer's specifications had changed since the car came out and since the owners manual was written until I talked to an independent mechanic. There are a few variations of weight and differ by oil brand to meet the requirements for this car. I had been using Mobile 1 0W-40 but was told that was too think for the turbos. I was glad to find this package deal with a good price for the BMW brand oil and filter.

Very capable streaming player that supports all Hi-res audio formats
I purchased this as a replacement to my old Transporter streaming player. It was easy to set up, just plug in the network, download the BluOS app for the iPhone and it prompted me to start an update for the Node 2i which just took a few minutes. I set up the BluOS server on my PC and away I went. Now I did find the software to be a bit like iTunes which isn't the greatest for accessing music. It seemed difficult to get to specific albums and not so easy to see what I have in my music library. My next step was to try Roon which is supported by this device and I found that to be a much better software solution. Whichever software you pick, the hardware is great for any hi-res audio files. Its great to be able to run either BluOS or Roon and you can have it set up for both at the same time so enjoy.
