  After 7 days they still had not shipped my item so I messaged them. They got back to me and said they would send the next day. It took another 3 days. I waited 10 days after making purchase for them to ship the item. Took about 2 weeks to get to me from the day I ordered. Labels have "UPS" on them which was not I. The item description. I orded some on Amazon and got them the next day.
