Only wasted $5

The battery will not charge past 71% even when left on trickle charge for 11 hours with device turned off. I'm not too upset because I only spent $5 but I won't buy from this seller in the future. I am not "cell phone battery" savvy enough to tell if it is a new or refurbished unit, but the ad claimed "new". Now I essentially use this "new" battery as an emergency back up as it only lasts about 3 hours when my old one still lasts 8 under heavy (wifi, GPS, hotspot, etc.) use. My recommendation is to check other sellers. Lesson learned.
