Life-changing!
This book focuses on case studies of life after life (or life in between life). One of the most stressful events we can experience is the death of a loved one. This book helps alleviate some of the stress and fear of the unknown and provides some greater understanding. Very helpful.

Good workout!
Great for beginners! Has different levels of workouts, so you can improve and add difficulty. You get out of it what you put into it. If you want to do level 1 or the entire dvd, that's up to you. Has good instruction, although some of the participants shown don't always display good form.

Decent toenail clippers
It took me a few minutes to figure out how to use this, but once I did, I thought they were pretty decent clippers. My dad has very thick toenails, but they did the job.
