  Listing description was not accurate as it stated item was in hand and would ship quickly. However it was never shipped and it was not readily available. Contact with the seller was sparse and though it seemed like they handling some personal things, having to find the item again at a reasonable price was frustrating. Originally was gonna give negative feedback but changed it to neutral as I received a refund quickly after creating a case. I had to wait almost a month to get to that point though

  Purchased item and paid immediately. Seller messaged me almost a week after that and claimed that they could not ship the item in a timely manner because they were out of town and would have to cancel the order to avoid getting a negative mark from eBay for not shipping quickly. I responded that I would rather they not cancel it as I was fine waiting for the item; the item was also now more expensive from other sellers as demand had gone up. The seller cancelled anyway. Unacceptable.

  i understand that i should have shipped the item in a timely manner but i was unable to and apologize for that. i talked to ebay support about it and they said if i could not ship the item in time it would reflect negatively upon my seller rating. i was not in control of some of the circumstances of what was keeping me out of town so i decided to cancel the order and relist it but you did not purchase it after i relisted so it was sold to someone else. stuff happens that i cannot control.
