  Tweety is supposed to be inside the bell, not outside as a separate piece. The seller knew this (it’s obvious by looking at the item) and did not disclose it through the posting to avoid stating it was tactically a broken piece. Annoyed but I paid very little for it. So I’ll let it slide.
