Upon receiving I can see this is a good quality item. It feels sturdy and works as it should. The speed and depth is adjustable. It came boxed well with two needle cartridges. I use it for acne scar removal. There is mild discomfort because I did not use numbing cream. But it is bearable. I have seen great results. This is a must buy if you’re thinking about it.

Bang for your buck
This is a great product. Used it after freezing it for a bit. It slides on smooth and does the job. The size and shape is perfect for the eye socket. Highly recommend.
