Changed the material

The 1/4 heavy clear bands(in clear bag with a large “C” on the front) I got last year were more stretchy and friendly to my gums and teeth, the new kind (1/4 heavy in a white bag with “Sonic Dental Supply” on the front) are less stretchy and very stiff like wire. Every 5 minutes I find the bands riding up my teeth and sawing into my gums. Please revert back to the stretchy material.

Doesn’t work

I was sent a blank cd. My Xbox 360 reads the copy as a “DVD” or an “unrecognizable disc” I don’t know why I expected anything better.
