High quality, lightweight, good fit, good price. Recommended
After suffering a severe hip injury (broken femur requiring surgery) in a fall, I began looking for cycling shorts that provided protection for the hips. The POC VPD shorts looked to be top of the line from the research I did and after finding a well priced pair on ebay, I hit the bid. The shorts were delivered ahead of schedule and in perfect condition. The fit is right (size M, I usually buy 32 W pants, weigh 150 lbs). The padding is unobtrusive and provides good protection of both hips plus the tailbone. Pants do not feel heavy or awkward. Have not ridden with them as I am not quite recovered but looking forward to putting them to use. Will be looking for more soon I expect.

Kit is good except tape is a little narrow.
The kit had all elements needed however the rim tape was a bit narrow; be sure you know the width of the rim you are using. I think the tape is slightly under 21mm so I ended up buying a 21mm roll. Other elements were fine.
