Congaplex
This is my go to supplement when I feel I am coming down with a bug. This product wards off anything that is trying to get me down. If I take 3 of these capsules at the onset of feeling a bit ill, that usually does the trick. Three more if the headache or sneezing persists. Congaplex seems to chase the germs away! I love these little miracle caps!! Always have some on hand in my medicine cabinet.

Alive Calcium
This is a whole food product which is important. The body is able to absorb the nutrients much better since it recognizes it as "food". I need a good calcium supplement as I am at risk for osteoporosis. Alive is a good name for this product since it is made from live plants. I will buy again.
