Great value for a low air loss mattress of this quality.

Very quiet air pump,
the sound of the air escaping is louder than the sound made when the pump is pressurizing the cells.
The availability of the remote control initially influenced my decision. I am paraplegic, for most people this would just be a convenience... for me it's almost essential. great for putting the bed in Max firm mode, if I want to try to move around roll over etc.
