  This is an honorable and honest seller who will work with you to solve any problems that come up, and quickly. In my case, I purchased a very cheap guitar amplifier and it showed up well packaged and protected but non-functional. The speaker had an internally broken connection and the seller offered a full refund to send back OR trusted our diagnosis and refunded the price of a new speaker.
