does the trick
Nice small hear wrap for neck - also have taped it in place on knees before going out to snowshoe and it keeps them warm, flexible and pain free

So happy to find this!
Had a paper back version of this cookbook that was falling apart. I have so many recipes in there that I didn't really want to tear out pages [they are pretty yellow and fragile] so I went looking for a replacement and found this ring bound edition! so happy to know it was available. and it's in good shape!
