Bad ergonomics, not worth it

I’m so disappointed in pilot, who I think makes immaculate quality pens. This thing has a hard time accepting my Custom 823s. The pen slots are all different widths, they also catch on the ring around the cap. It’s tedious to get pens in and out of this holder. It feels as if all the thought went into the look and feel of the leather, which is nice, but everything else was ignored.
