6 of 6 found this helpful When I first unpacked the mattress it appeared to expand very quickly, but in my opinion it took a week for the mattress to reach its full potential. I slept on the mattress 36 hours after unpacking. My first impression was very good, but then I noticed I could feel some pressure points. A week later this mattress feels wonderful. I sleep sound and when I wake up I don't feel any stiffness. I weigh 138 Lbs. and purchased the medium-firm. At first I thought it was a little too firm, but now I am very happy with my choice. Keep in mind that I prefer a firmer mattress over a soft one, because I want to maintain good posture.
