Challenging at first; but, fun to use.
At first I didn't know how to get the tip on the handle--just push really hard until it clicks in place. Keep your lips closed over your gums while using; this minimizes the mess. You may need to refill the resevoir if you use the 3-pulse option. I love how clean & fresh my mouth feels after I use it. My dentist says my gums look "tight." This is definitely better than flossing with string.

Great savings
I have about 20 prescriptions at CVS; in addition, I frequently shop for other items there. An automatic 10% savings is a huge help to my budget. No problem using the card in store.
