  The shipping time was usps time. The packaging was excellent. I get a lot of fragile packages and i was amazed at how well this hand thrown platter was packed! This platter will be one of my prized possessions that I own and will display . It is better than described. This platter has a great value and i am happy to be it's newest owner.   Seller s response is false and easily refuted by eBay messaging timestamps. Message history is here: https: photos.app.goo.gl/gfubksSMdnHmGLx56 I cannot fathom why the Seller didn t simply respond with an honest apologies, we were in a hurry to get our shipments out Saturday and in our haste, failed to check messages. We will work with you to resolve this situation. I would have been willing to pay additional shipping $ to resolve the matter had I not been met with a lie in response.

  The buyer is ignoring the fact that his message was received 22 hours before he received his shipment, well after his purchase was shipped, making it impossible to change anything. AND my profile is pretty clear that i TRY to respond within 24 hours... The error is clearly his but it seems he'd rather blame others than accept the facts.

  Why'd you leave negative feedback...? What have I done except communicatie with you and try to resolve the shipping damage...? I don't ship damaged merch. Where's the picture of the crack...? Unless you saved the broken chip and photographed the crack, please return the bowl and I'll issue a full refund.
