I have owned one for years and have taking it along to the beach, camping and everyday walking the dog. I bought another one to keep in my car. It is very well made and has always functioned properly. Just be patient when collapsing it as it may take several downward blows on a hard surface.

I have used Flexi leashes for years and they haven't failed me yet. If you have a big dog and have experience using retractable leashes I highly recommend this leash. The bungee at the end is a game changer!
