Good sheet mask

Does really work
3 of 4 found this helpful I need to be honest I didn't believe its gonna be any good but After 2-3 days of taking it and I take just 1 pill a day I have noticed that my skin is getting much better as I started to break out again and had bit bumpy forehead and I took this and my skin was starting to get better now my skin is really behaving well and I have really acne prone sensitive dry combination skin so I really recommend this stuff

Good and bad
O did feel like it gave me a boost of energy when started to take them pills but then after I started to go toilet more often and now literally can't hold my pee.I stopped taking them I preffer to feel tired then have serious bladder problems
