2 of 3 found this helpful I have tried this 3 times now. They did not provide a cord to charge the phone or a sim card. The ad daid brand new.
I contacted the Sprint headquarters and they saud these 2 things should be provided with the phone.
I contacted them thru ebay, their response was insufficient.
Things that are brand new, should be just that.
The phone is nice, but I still need the data and a cord to charge the phone.
They should send me these 2 items free of charge. I already had to purchase a charger to get the phone to work.
