Cheap and unusable - meant for very, very petite people ( 100 lbs and maybe less).
You can't use it without it tipping unless you're a petite 9 year old girl under 100 lbs - entirely too small and not heavy enough metal to balance it properly. Total waste of money.

Great quality - perfect for indoor use, too!
This is the 2nd set of these that I've purchased since I was so happy with the first. While they are "outdoor", I use them inside as they stay so clean despite having a great dane on our sofa a lot. They don't collect fur and are easy to wipe clean without having that outdoor patio look. :-) Really nice quality.
