Sharkbite with smile...
I haven't gotten a chance to use it yet. However, if you work with Sharkbite fittings at all, it's a must have!

Highly recommend!
It's a really nice product.
Typically hard wired in through a "knock out" on the very top of the housing... However, this particular installation required 3' - 14 AWG power cord w/crimped on ground wire fitting. I used a 3/8 metal drill bit to create access point from the bottom cover plate and fitted the hole with 3/8 grommet.
With a little patience and a lot of spit, I was able to feed the cord thru grommet fairly easily!
The finished product looked like factory installed item.
Costs for supplies was less than $10 (Hood sold separately) LOL
