That's a lot of DDR1 you've got there mate

If you somehow have a DDR1-based system that could use more memory, like maybe a Core 2 Duo system with a really early chipset like 945G in a laptop, go ahead and order these.

Top-end 800MHz FSB CPU for socket PGA478 breathes life into ageing systems!

My eMachines needed to be completely disassembled to install the CPU, but it's a great CPU that breathes life into old PGA478 systems. I type this review from that very T9300 laptop with 3GB RAM and a GL40 chipset. I'm running Manjaro Linux with about ten or eleven tabs open and other stuff. It's great.
