  The item description was: "New: A brand-new, unused, unopened, undamaged item in its original packaging ..." This is mostly incorrect. Item did not work because has been misused with large staples wrongly inserted and could not be removed or ejected. Furthermore, electrically DOA. Seller insisted on return but low amount did not warrant spending even more time repackaging and re-shipping. Item will be discarded. Seller should have checked and been more forthcoming on the condition of the item.
