Perfect, all around.
Typical quality for the price while still a great value. Here is why I say that:
*Ease of installment- five stars: No need for a special tool. A good pair of tweezers or u-prong (for pulling plastic tabs-like the ones that hold plastic pieces on your car or 4 wheeler) will loosen and tighten the front sight with a little effort). The rear sights can be hammered in the slot with effort even if you don’t lightly sand the edge down. You just want to get them as in-line as possible. A bore sight will help.
*Effect of the tritium: Five stars, perfect. Perfect sight acquisition as compared to no lighted dots, even in daylight.
*Figure 8 dot setup: 5 stars. The figure 8 (dot above dot) allows for quick sight and target acquisition and allows for quicker follow ups. Simply put, for a new shooter, this works better than three dot. For an experienced shooter, this is heaven.
