low price, comfortable vest
3 of 3 found this helpful New carrier of soft plates. The plates are used. The ones I received are over 10 years old and had some body odor on them. I cleaned them and they are fine now. I don't depend on these for day to day work so this is fine. Plate carrier has a pouch up from and in back for additional hard plates for ballistic protection from level III and IV threats. Good value. Decent quality. Opinions based on my military experience wearing body armor in Afghanistan and Iraq while assigned to an armored division and a special forces battalion.
