It was a gift for my nephew which was unboxed, scattered around and unpresentable. In other words a mess. I send Vinted parcels off better than that. I’m not one to leave negative reviews but your response was extremely unprofessional and defensive when I was polite. I make sure the item is protected from breakages and I explained this. Great sublimation mugs
Execellent service, I bought 72 mugs before my last order. Unfortunately 3 mugs were damaged in transit & without a quibble they were replaced immediately.
