  It was supposed to arrive between 13th and 16th. I contacted the seller on the 17th or 18th and he said give it a few days. Today is the 21st and it hasn't arrived yet. Postal tracking said package in in Bakersfield? (don't recall precisely) And it has been there for two days. How much time should I give it? Should I file a claim?
