I was hesitant because some of the negative reviews, but Im glad I went ahead and ordered. The rug shipped right away, I was able to track it, it arrived early and was packaged well. And the rug is beautiful!!! I could not be happier.

The day before my item was to be received there was. I information regarding when it would be sent. The $900 rug was coming from India. It is now 3 days overdue and at last check FedEx had the item in Paris. I would never go through this shipper again. I’m just hoping that I actually receive this expensive rug and if it actually arrives as described.

The colors are beautiful and this piece, in my front door foyer is such a warm welcome for all my guests. I recommend this store to anyone looking for a high quality wool rug and quick customer service.
