I'm a long time artist with a passion about something I learned in grade school art class as a kid, which is crayon resist painting. Today all these years later, I've expanded my art experiences with formal art school training and a 30+ year career in commercial art but still love exploring what can be created with a simple wax crayon and water based paint. I post my small works here on eBay for others to enjoy and perhaps understand the passion. I also love to create new art from upcycled paper like food packaging cardboard and magazine paper. They are fun to scrape, cut, sand, distress, form, quill, curl and paint to make beautiful art. Paper weaving has become an interesting adventure. While the process is exciting, seeing a finished piece is always rewarding. I never run out of art supplies since junk mail and food wrappers keep appearing waiting for my creative touch.
