This is by far the worst purchase experience I have had on ebay. The buyer lied, ignored my communications, and failed to ship the product on several occcasions. I had to get ebay involved in order to get the product. She loved reading her more than 700 positive reviews, from several thousand sales, knowing she made people happy. She missed your order: Covid caught her around then. When we finally accessed the site, we immediately shipped. Oddly and unfortunately, Fed-Ex held it for a bit: a fact you acknowledged to eBay, but not in your hateful review. Thank God grandma passed before reading it. Enjoy.
